GM Tigran Nalbandian wins in Dortmund

YEREVAN, JULY 23, ARMENPRESS. Armenian GM Tigran Nalbandian won Helmut-Kohls Memorial that was held in round robin system in Dortmund, Germany. As reports “Armenpress”, Nalbandian scored 8 points out of 9 and took the first prize at Helmut-Kohls Memorial that was held in round robin system in Dortmund, Germany.

Tigran Nalbandian was born in Yerevan, Armenia in 1975. He is an international grandmaster. Nalbandian was the Coach of the Armenian national team that won the 2006 Chess Olympiad and also he was Vladimir Kramnik’s second.
