Constitutional Court refers to its decision enforcement on “Funded Pension” law: Gagik Harutyunyan

YEREVAN, JULY 7, ARMENPRESS. The Chairman of the Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan ensures that the annual report of the Constitutional Court will refer to the decision enforcement of the changes in the law on "Funded Pensions". After the public debate over the constitutional reforms in the Armavir regional administration this was said by Gagik Harutyunyan in an interview with the journalists. "The decision of the Constitutional Court is profound, very deep and in case of reasonable enforcement, I'm sure fair solutions of the problem will be found. Regardless of whether there will be another application to us or not, we are obligated to refer to the state of enforcement of our decision. I have created a special working group which carries out preparatory work, and we will touch upon that issue in the annual report of the decision execution results and will introduce our opinion on the state of enforcement of the April 2 decision”, as reports "Armenpress" said the Chairman of the Constitutional Court.
