YEREVAN, MARCH 20, ARMENPRESS: Acriminalcasehasbeenaroused on the death of the serviceman and injury of the officer in conservation district of combat position in one of the military units located in the northern direction of the contact-line of Karabakh-Azerbaijani Armed Forces. In a conversation with Armenpress officer of Investigative Service media relations of the Defense Ministry Meri Sargsyan informed that the criminal case was aroused according to the 3rd part of Criminal code, Article 365 by the characteristics of “violating military duty or military service rules” which caused grave consequences.
Serviceman Arman Artyusha Ghukasyan, born in 1994, received mortalfirearminjury while carrying out a combat task in one of the military units of the NKR Defense Army on March 20.
Officer Varazdat Zakaryan was wounded. He is in Stepanakert hospital.
