Armenian theater director Armen Mazmanyan dies

YEREVAN, JANUARY 8, ARMENPRESS. Armenian director and actor Armen Mazmanyan has died. As reports “Armenpress” the Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema confirmed the information.

Previously it was reported that at the course of the December 19 session the Government of the Republic of Armenia had made a decision to allocate money for the compensation of the treatment costs of the rector of the Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema Armen Mazmanyan. It was stated that the deceased director was suffering from cancer.

Armen Mazmanyan was a theater director and actor from Armenia, who had been rector of the Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema (YSITC).
