Armenia faces the Netherlands in 8th round of World Chess Team Championship: LIVE

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 3, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian Men’s Chess Team will face the Netherlands in the 8th round of the World Chess Team Championship 2013.

As reports “Armenrpess” the leader of the Armenian Men’s Chess Team Levon Aronian will play with blacks against Anish Giri. Sergei Movsisyan will miss this round, Vladimir Akopian’s opponent is Van Wely Loek and Gabriel Sargsyan will play against Tiviakov Sergei. Tigran Petrosyan’s opponent is L'ami Erwin.

Currently Ukraine tops the ranking list of the tournament with 12 points. The Armenian team occupies the 5th position.
