Shant Hautyunyan and 5 other citizens to arrest

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 8, ARMENPRESS. Accusation was charged against the leader of Tseghakron partyShant Harutyunyan by the 2nd part of Article 316 of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Armenia. Armenpress reports citing the official website of the Police of the Republic of Armenia that in the result of the clashes held in the Liberty Square on November 5, accusation was charged against Avetis Avetisyan, Liparit Petrosyan, Armen Hovhannisyan, Vardan Vardanyan, Misak Arakelyan, Albert Margaryan, Anushavan Grigoryan and Mkrtich Hovhannisyan by the 2nd part of Article 316 of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Armenia and detention was selected for them as a precautionary measure.

Accusation was charged against 6 other protestors and detention was selected for them as a precautionary measure- Shant Harutyunyan (2nd part of Article 316 of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Armenia), Hayk Harutyunyan (2nd part of Article 316 of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Armenia), Davit Mkrtchyan (2nd part of Article 316 of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Armenia), Tigran Petrosyan (1st part of Article 316 of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Armenia), Alek Poghosyan (1st part of Article 316 of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Armenia), Sevak Mnatsakanyan (1st part of Article 316 of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Armenia).

The other 6 people were released. The investigation of the case continues at the Department of Particularly Important Cases of the Investigation Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.
