Armenian athletes take 1st place at World Powerlifting Championship

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 24, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian national powerlifting team competed in the World Powerlifting & Benchpress Championships 2013 being held in Eger, Hungary. The Powerlifting Federation of Armenia informed “Armenpress” that in the 67.5 kilogram category, Sevak Manukyan became first, with a result of 157.5 kilograms. And in the 75 kilogram category, Sergey Asaturov likewise captured first place, with a result of 167.5 kilograms.
