Mother See tries to verify information about cross attributed to St. Karapet Monastery of Mush

YEREVAN, AUGUST 15, ARMENPRESS. The Mother See Holy Edjmiadzin has already learnt about the news stating that a sacred cross that once belonged to the St. Karapet Monastery of Mush has been put up for auction on eBay. In a conversation with "Armenpress" the Information Department of the Mother See stated that they are currently trying to verify the details regarding the news reports about the auction.

A cross attributed to St. Karapet Monastery of Mush has been put up for auction on eBay. The aforesaid cross was valued USD 70,000. The organizers of the auction described the cross as a unique sample of the Armenian crosses.
