Yura Movsisyan astonished at Obama’s sense of humor

YEREVAN, JUNE 7, ARMENPRESS: The forward of the Armenian National Football Team and the Moscow’s Spartak Yura Movsisyan gave an interview to the Russian Football Magazine. As reported by Armenpress, the Armenian football player told about the achievements of Spartak, his success in USA and the meeting with the President of the United States of America Barack Obama.

- Your hat trick somehow became the hope of your fans. Isn’t it hard to play under such conditions?

- I have already forgotten about it. Right upon the end of the game I began thinking about the next match. My goals are not miracles, it is my job.

- What does Spartak need to achieve more success?

- Spartak needs stable game. During the last years many changes have been made in the team and the coach headquarters. I am certain now that with this team we will succeed.

- By now one of your best achievements is the title of the America’s Champion. You have got medals.

- Not only medals, but also some rings. We were hosted at the White House. I had a conversation with the US President Obama and I am astonished at his sense of humor.

- Would you like to play in the US Championship?

- I have such an opportunity. I want to play in Europe as well.

- Do you feel to be an Armenian or an American?

- Certainly, I am Armenian. I think like an Armenian, but I live like an American. I think in Armenian and communicate with the members of my family in this language.
