Armenia's participants in "New Wave 2013" and "Junior New Wave 2013" to be determined in April

YEREVAN, MARCH 26, ARMENPRESS. The names of Armenia's participants in "New Wave 2013" and "Junior New Wave 2013” will be known in April 18-21. In a conversation with “Armenpress” "New Wave" Contest Producer of "Armenia" TV Company Irina Vardanyan stated that unlike the previous years the order of accepting applications and determination of the participants has been changed.

Among other things Irina Vardanyan noted: "Previously we used to receive the applications of the participants and send them to Moscow, than this year the records are being directly sent to the official website of the contest, and after the participants will be chosen to introduce their songs in the final stage." According to her if the number of chosen participants exceeds 10, than in accordance with the statute of the contest closed hearings should be organized.

Sona Gyulkhasyan representing Armenia occupied the second place in "Junior New Wave 2012" contest.

Armenia’s delegate for “New Wave 2012” was singer and guitarist Suren Arustamyan.
