The Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts does not perform its duties referring to the bareness of the means: Ombudsman

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS. The Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia has made an announcement regarding the activity of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts saying that the Service does not perform its obligations. In the massage to "Armenpress" the Ombudsmen states: ''It has already been 7 months since Nelly Stepnayan cannot enter her house, because of the illegal acts of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts. In accordance with the legislation Compulsory Enforcement Service must provide the realization of the statement via using the means of either the creditor or debtor.

Notwithstanding it has already been 7 months that the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts cannot find means for the realization of the demands of the statement despite the fact that Nelly Stepanyan expressed her willingness to provide manpower and technical means. Although the officers of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts did not consider her suggestions and left the demands of the law unrealized."
