Tigran Sargsyan and Stefan Fule signed 43 million Euro agreement

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 27, ARMENPRESS: Stefan Fule European Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighbourhood Policy and Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan signed an agreement on September 27 in accordance to which EU will allocate 43 million worth euro aid to Armenia.Fule stated in the briefing with the journalists Armenia has faced grave changes.
This agreement is of great importance for raising our relations at a higher level. It is not simply an agreement. It will have an impact on all Armenians, reportedly in its best meaning referring to both consumers protection and environment, and road safety'' Fule noted. The top ranking diplomat highlighted the fact that the agreement pertains to the realization of values, freedoms and rights. In the course of the meeting the sides envisaged how work matrix reform table may be turned into reform concrete actions . In the words of Fule the reforms must be initially made in democracy sphere. EU representative thanked Prime Minister for fruitful discussions and conclusions.
Armenian PM stated Fule visit is a unique opportunity to evaluate the work , forces done in that direction, as well as clarifying future steps. Sargsyan expressed gratitude for the support provided by EU to Armenian Government. ''The assistance granted to Armenian Republic enables us a chance to increase the capabilities of our Government. The matter goes about infrastructure development, sanitation sector, legislative reform, and the reform of democratic institutions'' the Prime Minister came forth with.
