NATO Secretary General Rasmussen visits Armenia

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 5, ARMENPRESS: Anders Fogh Rasmussen Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization is scheduled to arrive Armenia on September 5 within the regional visit. NATO Secretary General is set to have meetings with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Foreign Affair Minister Edward Nalbandyan and Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan. Armenia ARF youth and student unions are going to meet NATO Secretary General with protest in Yerevan. NATO Secretary General silence about the Ramil Safarov extradition assassinating Armenian officer Gurgen Margarayn in 2004 during NATO English language courses raised a storm of protest in Armenia. The young are calling the military alliance to come forth with clear stance reportedly the crime was perpetrated in its academic centre, Armenpress reports.
