“Vanadzor- Chemprom” to resume production of chemical fertilizers

YEREVAN, JULY 3, ARMENPRESS: Memorandum of mutual understanding was signed by the Ministries of the Agriculture and Minister of Energy and Natural Resources on July 3, aimed at supporting “Vanadzor-Chemprom” CJSC to resume production of chemical fertilizers.

As Armenpress reports, the company has expressed readiness to organize “ Karbamid” 46% nitrogen content, "Amoniumi sulphate" 20-20.5% nitrogen content and potassium-containing fertilizers.

"Vanadzor Chemprom" was established in 1929. The first product was lime. Besides the exploitation the company managed not only to preserve the main directions of the production but embarked long-term production of environmentally clean high density mineral fertilizers .

It excludes the negative impact on the environment and human body, as well as to ensure the ecologically clean agricultural production.

The customers of the company’s production are Russia, South-East Asia, Singapore, India, Thailand, the CIS countries and a number of African countries.
