Heghine Bisharyan to be nominated in majority system too, newspaper says

The daily Hraparak writes that the congress of the Heritage party scheduled today will decide with who and how the party will run for elections. The paper says as it is known the “Heritage” and “Free Democrats” are discussing the issue of going to the elections with a joint list. The paper says the congress of the party will decide the issue of alliance and proportional list.

The daily Zhoghovurd writes that member of the Free Democrats party Alexander Arzumanyan described the unification of the United Labor Party with the Prosperous Armenia Party as swallowing of one party by another. “Experience shows that this unifications do not have long life. In this case the ULP leader has gotten a place in the PAP,” Arzumanyan said.

The daily Hraparak writes that deputy leader of the Rule of Law party Heghine Bisharyan speaking to the reporter of the daily did not exclude that she can be nominated in the majority system as well, in Malatia-Sebastia district. “As a result of the final decision of the political council we will publicize the decision but I am resolute in participating in the majority election system,” Bisharyan told the paper, saying that “a whole community cannot be a property of one family”.
