Exchange programs of Armenian, Georgian students to be implemented

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 2, ARMENPRESS: Seven Armenian students will study in Georgia in the new academic year and seven Georgian students will study in Armenia. Georgian ambassador to Armenia Georgi Tabatatze said it will contribute to the development of the existing relations between the two countries. "Scientific contacts create grounds for the development of political relations between the two peoples. The young people who may establish good relations may have active participation in the development of relations between the two countries," the ambassador said.

He registered with delight that besides higher educational cooperation such like programs are being carried out in the sphere of secondary education as well. "Armenian schoolchildren participated in the events conducted in Georgia," Tabatadze said, expressing delight that these steps launch from early age.
