The daily Haykakan Zhamanak writes representative of the ARF Bureau Persian-Armenian Hrant Margaryan will not head the proportional list of the ARF in the run for parliamentary elections though he does not have any impediments for nominating his candidacy. By the way till now Margaryan was not participating in the electoral process. The sources of the daily explain it that the ARF is being considered an international establishment and Hrant Margaryan is the head of this establishment and his nomination as the MP will reduce his status. The sources of the daily also claim that the main candidates from the ARF to top the proportional list are member of the Bureau Vahan Hovhannissyan and head of Armenia’s Supreme Body Armen Rustamyan.

The daily Yerkir writes about the regular meeting of the ruling coalition. The sources of the paper claim that the sitting of the political council of the Rule of Law party postponed till Thursday has again been postponed because of this meeting. The paper reminds that during the last meeting of the coalition no arrangement was reached both in connection with the Rule of Law and Prosperous Armenia Party. The paper says the first meeting of the coalition was of formal, familiarizing nature: no demands, no accepting, no denying. The paper says during the yesterday’s meeting the parties seem to come to a certain agreement but not final. The newspaper says another source claims in such meetings the prior issue of the coalition to be discussed is the issue of division of majority places among them. The paper says more probably this will not be the only meeting of the coalition during this week: during the next one the results will be more visible and it will probably take place after the sitting of the RPA Executive Body.

The semi-weekly 168 Zham writes that according to its sources leader of the United Labor Party Gurgen Arsenyan has already reached agreement with the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan on having place in the proportional list of the PAP. The paper says at the same time Arsenyan decided to nominate his candidacy in the majority system as well. The paper says if previously he had decided to nominate his candidacy in 004 precinct of Arabkir administrative region, now he decided to do it in the 006 precinct of Ajapnyak administrative region where he will compete against Harutyun Pambukyan from the RPA.
