The daily Zhoghovurd writes it has learnt that in near future Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan will be dismissed from her office. The paper says according to rumors she will be replaced by director of Public Radio Armen Amiryan. The latter though said laughingly, “I have not received such offer and have no intention to go there, even if suggested.” The paper says in response to the question why, Amiryan said, “I am practically working at radio, and I am very pleased with my job.”

Zhoghovurd says the changing of this minister is frequently spoken about, but she still remains.

The daily Azg writes that in near future the apple of discourse will be formation of RPA and Prosperous Armenia Party’s proportional lists. The paper says the PAP must get rid of non-working members, the RPA must solve the issue of change of generation: the two are painful processes that may create small quakes in both parties. But the daily says it is unavoidable process like that the two parties must include in the lists lesser oligarchs but instead intellectuals as whether they want or nor the political activity must start being deprived of business.

The paper says overall the processes in the circles of authorities are more understandable than in the field of the opposition. The ANC for instance is gradually losing the position of the only dominant. The paper says western-oriented Free Democrats and Raffi Hovhanissyan’s Heritage may possibly cooperate engaging a number of small parties but it will only become half-polarity of the opposition. Such half-polarity may be formed by the ARF that has everything for being an opposition acceptable for the authorities.

Another half-polarity may also become extra-parliamentary parties-HRAK-Armenakan-RAK format which is still thinking and it is early to say what field it will choose and with who will cooperate.

The daily Hraparak writes that the staff changes in the Yerevan City Hall are underway. The paper says another person brought by Karen Karapetyan Vahagn Arakelyan – also went for unreturned holiday. After the holiday he will return back to ArmRusGasProm. The paper says head of the children protection department Seda Barseghyan has been replaced by Ida Khachatryan. Chief of the Communal Utilities Department is also changed.
