The daily Haykakan Zhamanak writes that the last Armenian truck crossed yesterday the Upper Lars border check-point. The paper says according to the chairman of the Armenian International Transporters Association Herbert Hambardzumyan the majority of the trucks have already reached Armenia.

The daily Hayots Ashkhar writes that in response to the ARF’s demand to the government to resign, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said, “We have already discussed the issue. Forwarding such demand is the right of any political force. I think this claim to the government is of political nature. In this way our opposition partners on one hand voice their concerns, on the other, try to attract the attention of electors. We view the demand of resignation of the government from that context. The issue of resignation of the government is political. In this respect there is no political crisis in our country that may become a cause for resignation.”

The daily Hraparak writes that after the resignation of the former speaker of parliament Hovik Abrahamyan the positions of some in the parliament have weakened, like for instance Galust Sahakyan’s. “I was cooperating with Arthur Baghdasaryan and all other chairmen of the NA that followed him as it is our working style and not attitude toward this or that person,” Sahakyan said. In response to the question whether Samvel Nikoyan will trust him as much as Hovik Abrahamyan did, he said, “The circle of my authorities has nothing to do with trust of chairman as the chairman in his turn, has his circle of authorities, the head of a faction his.”
