The daily Zhoghovurd writes that according to the information it has the State Revenue Committee will be restructured. The paper says it will be divided into tax and customs services. Moreover as far as the de jure SRC will be soon abolished during these days employees have been receiving notice papers. The daily says its sources tie these changes with two circumstances – first, in this way before the elections an attempt is being made to dissolve the functions of this body with it somehow smoothing the complaints over SRC. Secondly, the daily continues, it is an attempt to isolate head of the SRC Gagik Khachatryan.
The daily Hraparak spoke with the member of the ARF Artsvik Minasyan and asked about the necessity of change of the political situation and whether the parliament must express distrust to the government. In response to the question the parliamentarian said that the government has failed the social-economic program for 2008-2012, and the ARF has many times voiced about it. According to Minasyan, the government must bear responsibility, in accordance with the Constitution, for the failed programs, in other words, if the government is not resigning, or the president is not dissolving the government or the government does not put the issue of its trust on its own, it means the behavior of the government contradicts the RA Constitution.
