“Yerevan Biennale 2011’’ expo-contest launched

YEEVAN, NOVEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS:

"Yerevan Biennale 2011'' all-Armenian architectural expo-contest launched November 16 in National Museum-Institute of Architecture named after Alexander Tamanyan.

"This time we decided to expand the scope of the expo, and invite Armenian architects from all over the world. This was the first step: we hope that the borders of the expo will expand in near future," said Director of National Museum-Institute of Architecture, acting chairperson of "Yerevan Biennale 2011'' Ashot Grigoryan.

The data of "Yerevan Biennale 2011'' expo-contest will be summed up within a month by specialists arrived from Armenia and Diaspora. First, second and third-class diplomas will be handed in the following nominations: "Planning-Construction of Public Buildings", "Interior-Exterior", "Young Architects", "Historical Research of Architecture", etc.
