The paper says the congress considers senseless any dialogue with this authorities and the solution of issues it has put in front of it the ANC sees in mobilization of people and intensification of mass events.

The daily also writes that head of the parliamentary faction of the Republican Party of Armenia Galust Sahakyan in response to the question about the intensification of the activity of Robert Kocharyan said, “I am not coming from Kocharyan’s place, I do not have any information. But like everyone, the second president as well, has a right either to intensify his activity or not. You are asking the question in a way as if Robert Kocharyan is a bogeyman for the Republican party…I have many times stated we were the force that supported the implementation of reforms during Kocharyan’s activity. We also consider him to have big contribution to our state building”.

The daily Hayots Ashkhar writes that according to the NA deputy Eduard Sharmazanov the international community supports and highly assesses the democratic processes taking place in Armenia. Referring to the speech of the president of the republic at the UN GA, Sharmazanov stated that it had clear signals directed to the international community. “The triumphant campaign of the right to self-determination continues in the world. Taking parallels between South Sudan shows that the international recognition of Artsakh is inevitable”, the paper cited him as saying. According to him, Azerbaijan continues the propaganda of racism and war. The other signal, the paper says, as to Sharmazanov is that the guilty in the failure of the Armenian-Turkish process is Turkey.
