Azerbaijani prisoner of war refuses to return back to Azerbaijan

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS:

With the mediation of representatives of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the Migration Agency in Armenia Azerbaijani prisoner of war Roman Huseynov Novruzogly was transferred to a third country.

Novruzogly refused to return to Azerbaijan, preferring to find shelter in a third country, Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense reported.
