DigiTec Expo 2011 will be conducted in Yerevan Karen Demirtchian sport and concert complex October 7-9 organized by the Union of Information Technology. Ruzan Apresyan, public relations employee of the union told Armenpress that over 100 international and local companies will participate in the event.
The goal of the exhibition is to create favorable business environment between the information telecommunication technology companies and business consumers. The exhibition will help to expand international ties as well as establish business ties.
In parallel with it a number of events will be conducted like exposition of architectural innovative solutions, Startup forum during which newly created companies and new solutions will be presented. In parallel with the exhibition "Open Game" computer game contest will be conducted, exhibition of robots of "ArmRobotics" Armenia's open championship of robots as well as labor fair.
The number of visitors increases from year to year. In 2009 their number was 12 thousand, in 2010 their number reached 15 thousand.
