The daily Aravot writes that yesterday at the briefing at the NA one of the reporters asked ARF parliamentarians why they are not displaying political activity, but the editor of the daily says the same question may be forwarded to all the other political forces as well. By the way, he continues, this question may be asked always to the past and the present parties (not only in our country) during all 20 years. The paper says the thing is that no matter what the name of the ruling party is either “United Russia” or “Our Home is Russia”, Armenian Pan-National Movement or Republican party they never deal with politics. The editor claims that their activity before and during elections is organizational, administrative, very often criminal but never political. The editor says the groups of officials and oligarchs may be formerly called parties and are being created and act exclusively for the reproduction of the authorities. The paper says of course sometimes they are making statements over an ideology but no one, even the speakers do not believe in them.

The semi-weekly 168 Zham writes that “Oxford Analytica” international think-tank has published a report about the possibility of new military clashes over Nagorno Karabakh. The paper says according to the analysts of the center the failure at the Kazan meeting promoted more the military rhetoric of Azerbaijan. The paper says Baku has started more openly speak about inevitability of military settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. The authors of the report say the restricting circumstance is not the pressure of the international community but the limited abilities of the armed forces of Azerbaijan.
