The semi-weekly 168 Zham writes that Egyptian ambassador to Azerbaijan Sabir Mansur stated in Baku that in case of war Egypt will support Azerbaijan. "We support the settlement of the issue within the framework of UN resolutions. We wish Karabakh conflict to be settled in a peaceful way as peace is of big significance. Egypt is Azerbaijan's friend. We want the issue to be solved in a peaceful way. If Azerbaijan does not have alternative and a war starts we will assist Azerbaijan", he said.
