Under the title the Expectations of Pessimists Came True the daily Aravot writes that nothing happened at the so long expected Kazan and in vain the whole nation was waiting with kept breath till the end of the meeting the outcome of which was just a document with which the heads of the countries just confirmed the achievement of mutual understanding over a number of issues.
