The daily Azg writes that official representative of the Russian foreign ministry Alexander Lukashevich told a news agency that at the June 25 meeting in Kazan presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia will make a decision over the draft of provisions for settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. "The expectations are big", the Russian diplomat said. He said according to the achieved arrangements at the coming meeting it is expected to discuss a complete draft of the so-called basic principles. The paper says Lukashevich stated that the formulations of the document were agreed in April and in June during the meetings of the foreign ministers of the three countries.
The paper says the Kazan meeting will be the ninth trilateral meeting and if the documents signed during the previous meetings are mainly repetitions of the content of statements for the leaders of the OSCE Minsk group co-chairing countries and co-chairs, the expectations from Kazan meeting are more – to see a signed document that will put a basis for works directed toward drafting peace treaty.
The daily Hayots Ashkhar writes that the creation of "Free Democrats" party means separation of Armenian National Congress as the separation of the All-National Movement will cause the separation of the ANC. The paper says such talks noticed during the recent days make the leadership of the congress nervous and in response the think-tanks of Levon Ter-Petrosyan confront that the separation of ANC it is impossible as the ANC is a "unity of 18 political organizations", besides which is most important they say they have a half million army of associates.
The paper says the closer the time of regular elections comes the possibility of creation of explosive situation inside the ANC will become clear.
