The semi-weekly 168 Zham writes that yesterday in the morning chief architect of Yerevan Mikhael Hasratyan submitted a resignation application. The paper says according to circulating news the reason of resignation became the discontent of architects over placing dome on the building of the government. The paper reminds that he was appointed chief architect of Yerevan January 12 2011.
The same paper also writes that according to the Finance Ministry not only executive power bodies misuse the budget means but also the judicial system which is called to punish the authors of such phenomena. The paper says according to the report of the Finance Ministry the Judicial Department got an advanced payment from the budget for the reconstruction of court building in the town of Vardenis but did not implement the work amounting to 40 million drams (about 110 thousand USD). The paper says the Ministry offered the Judicial Department to return 40 million AMD to the state budget and fine the construction organization "Erkaga Astgh" with 1.7 million AMD.

The daily Capital writes that Yerevan "Zvartnots" airport expands its opportunities but Armenia is not becoming a transit country. The paper says this year in August-September the new terminal complex of Zvartnots will be put into exploitation giving an opportunity to serve 3 million passengers annually. The paper says after the terminal will be put into exploitation "Zvartnots" airport will be classed B . The paper says currently Zvartnots is ranked between B and C. The paper says the International Air Transport Association (IATA) ranks airports – A, B, C, D. The highest is A and currently there is no such airport.
