The daily Haykakan Zhamanak writes that it has learnt that for two weeks an attempt is being made in the prosecutor's system to find five prosecutors "to victimize" them and dismiss from the office within the framework of program of fighting against corruption. The paper says its sources reported that the first potential victim may become Sisian's prosecutor Hayk Karapetyan. The paper says he is said to become an easy victim as he is the one who does not have ties in the executive power and his dismissal will not have a chain reaction and no one will "fight" for him. On the other hand, the paper continues, the state education inspection has launched checking in Sisian school the director of which is Karapetyan's wife Naira Nersisyan. The paper writes speaking to it, Naira Nersisyan confirmed the fact of checking, adding that the inspection has not found any violations.
The daily Capital writes that the scheme of "dead souls" found by the RA Oversight Chamber during the studies at State Social Insurance Service had its continuation. The paper says the Finance Ministry as well tried to find "missing pensioners". The paper says the Ministry has sent 500-page long study to the General Prosecutor's office.
The daily Hayots Ashkhar writes that former Iranian ambassador to Armenia Mohammad Farhad Koleyni stated that the Azerbaijani Republic wants to raise the Nagorno Karabakh issue at the next NATO Summit which will give NATO an opportunity to appear in the region "but the Islamic Republic of Iran will not allow NATO forces appear at its border, on the other hand Armenia must conduct more flexible policy at the negotiations, so that no third power acquires an opportunity of presence", the paper cited him as saying.
The daily Aravot writes that Armenia's representative in "Eurovision 2011" Emmy and four other countries submitted an appeal to the European Broadcasting Union, saying that the semi-final was not broadcast normally and people could not send sms. The paper says the Armenian side will learn the response at 8-9 pm today. Aravot says according to Emmy's manager, all German press is writing about it.
