The semi-weekly 168 Zham newspaper writes that finally Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan dismissed the director of N2 Etchmiadzin school Susanna Nazaryan from the office. The daily Azg writes that immediately after the regional visits of the US top official Kaidenow, EU Commissioner Stefan Fule and immediately after the Washington talks of the OSCE Minsk Group the situation in the Karabakhi-Azerbaijani contact line again sharpened. The paper says it seems to become regularity. Every statement of the mediators, international establishments that "the Karabakh issue has no military solution" Ilham Aliyev weights with "the Karabakh conflict is not frozen" and goes to provocations grounding his assessment, the paper said. Azg writes that there can be no doubt that the activities violating the cease-fire regime are allowed on the level of "senior chief commander". Only the fact that on the last day of tension "the veterans of the Karabakh war" gathered in the stadium of Aghjabed region and celebrated the murder of three Armenian servicemen testifies it.

Under the title Armenians found place for cheap wheat but the consumers have not felt it the daily Capital writes that the embargo on the export of wheat from Russia had a positive impact on the importers. The paper says though in the international market during a year the prices for wheat increased 1.5 times the customs price of the imported wheat to Armenia has almost remained unchanged. The paper continues that the ban on export of wheat from Russia from August of the past year raised concern that it may cause wheat deficit in the country and the prices for bread would sharply go up. The paper says time showed that the wheat importers managed to diversify the imports and even find place for cheap wheat.

The daily Aravot writes that in its analytical article Regnum.ru wrote that today it is obvious that in respect of the impact on the Armenia's inner-political situation the USA dominates today. "But it seems that Washington decided to carry out its plans in "velvet way" not to allow wide-scale instability which on its turn may cause instability in the Karabakh conflict zone", the paper cited. The paper writes that still in July 25 2010 article entitled "The USA is forming Sargsyan-Ter-Petrosyan pre-electoral alliance in Armenia" Regnum stated that the USA, on behalf of its ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, is carrying out active lobby to start dialogue between Serzh Sargsyan and Levon Ter-Petrosyan.
