Roman Amoyan Champion of Europe

YEREVAN, APRIL 4, ARMENPRESS: Roman Amoyan, Armenian wrestler, 55kg weight category, defeated Vugar Rahimov, Azerbaijani wrestler, with a score of 5:0 in the final of the Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship in Dortmund, Germany. Roman Amoyan won the title of champion.

An official from the Wrestling Federation of Armenia told Armenpress that Arthur Shahinyan, Armenian wrestler, 84g weight category, achieved bronze medal at the championship. Levon Julfalakyan, Olympic champion, is the chief coach of the RA Greco-Roman wrestling national team.
