YEREVAN, AUGUST 20, ARMENPRESS. The restoration of the Hakob Paronyan State Music Comedy Theatre continues. The works launched three years ago. The reconstruction is funded from the state budget which has allocated 330 million AMD.
Director of the theatre Karo Shahbazyan told Armenpress that in 2008 the roof has been reconstructed, in 2009 the boiling house was built, the heating issue was solved. Now the stage of the theatre is being renovated.
The new season of the theatre will open in October, after the renovation is completed, some premiers will be presented.
