On this occasion Armenian Deputy Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Arsen Karamyan congratulated all the young people of the republic and assured that within the frameworks of state youth policy he will attach importance to political, economic and cultural diversity and participation of young people. In November 10, 1945 at the Global Forum held November 10 in London, World Federation of Democratic Youth (WFDY) was established, and November 10 has been celebrated as Youth World Day since then. Karamyan noted in the message sent on the occasion of the World Youth Day.
