SOME 1000 ARMENIANS CONTEST FOR HAVING BIGGEST NOSE

YEREVAN, JULY 1, ARMENPRESS:The number of Armenians seeking to win a special prize established for the one who has ‘the most Armenian (i.e biggest) nose’ has actually doubled from last year to 1000. Karen Danielian, head of the plastic surgery department of Kanaker-Zeitoon Medical Center in Yerevan, told Armenpress that this is the fifth traditional contest attracting also patients with big noses from regions beyond Yerevan. The winner of the contest is eligible to a free nose plastic surgery. Those who come second and third are offered substantial discounts. Surgeries are performed between June 1 and August 31.
