ALM OWNER SETS UP 100 CAMPAIGN OFFICES

YEREVAN, JANUARY 17, ARMENPRESS:Owner of a notorious ALM Holding, Tigran Karapetian, who was nominated by his People’s Party as a presidential candidate for the February 19 ballot, said today his supporters have already set up over 100 offices across the country to campaign for him. Speaking at a news conference he said overall 300 such offices will be set up. He Karapetian reiterated that he is the only alternative candidate as he has never been in any government, saying also he has a steady number of supporters. He argued that voters should fight against vote-rigging at polling stations when they see such attempts, otherwise, according to him, it is impossible to prevent vote fraud. Tigran Karapetian also said he is ready to give air time to all candidates on his ALM TV.
