Armenia’s tax revenues rise 14.5% in January-October 2026

Armenia’s state budget received 2 trillion 566.1 billion drams in tax revenues and state duties in January-October 2026, up 14.5%, or 325.6 billion drams, compared to the same period last year, Chairman of the State Revenue Committee (SRC) Eduard Hakobyan has said.

“We are consistently recording strong growth in tax revenues together with taxpayers. In particular, the state budget received 2 trillion 566.1 billion drams in tax revenues and state duties in January-October 2026, up 14.5%, or 325.6 billion drams, compared to the same period last year. In October alone, the budget received 257.9 billion drams in taxes and duties, up 30.3 billion drams, or around 13.3%, compared to October last year,” Hakobyan wrote in a Facebook post.

The SRC chairman also noted that 286.9 billion drams had been refunded to taxpayers in the first 10 months of 2026, up 32.1 billion drams, or 12.6%, compared to the same period in 2025.

“We will continue our consistent efforts and, alongside sustained growth in tax revenues, strengthen voluntary tax compliance, creating a tax environment that is more predictable, transparent and provides equal competitive conditions,” he added.
