Assets and funds worth more than AMD1.2 billion will be confiscated from Manvel Grigoryan’s heirs and associated persons in favour of the state.
The Prosecutor General’s Office reported that the court ruling on the confiscation of assets of illicit origin had entered into legal force.
“In its judgment of 10 October 2025, the Anti-Corruption Court partially upheld the Prosecutor General’s Office’s claim for the confiscation of assets of illicit origin from the heirs of former Armenian National Assembly member Manvel Grigoryan and persons associated with him.
“The Prosecutor General’s Office and the defendants appealed against the Anti-Corruption Court’s judgment, and their appeals were partially upheld.
“By decisions dated 14 October 2026, the Court of Cassation declined to admit the cassation appeals lodged against the Court of Appeal’s decision of 3 July 2026,” the Prosecutor General’s Office said in a statement.
Under the ruling, which has entered into legal force, the following will be confiscated from Grigoryan’s heirs and associated persons in favour of the Republic of Armenia:
Nine immovable properties, with a combined market value of AMD811,400,000 as of 2023;
Six movable assets;
A deposit of AMD18,371,325;
A loan receivable of AMD300,049,322;
AMD17,135,233;
A 15.9456 per cent stake in M-N-G LLC.
The immovable properties are:
Premises at 109/45 Mashtots Street, Vagharshapat, Armavir region;
A residential house at 3, 1st cul-de-sac off Alaverdyan Street, Vagharshapat, Armavir region;
An unfinished residential house at 32, 21st Street, Arshaluys community, Armavir region;
A residential house at 24/1 V. Sargsyan Street, Vagharshapat, Armavir region;
A residential house at 1 Andranik neighbourhood, Vagharshapat, Armavir region;
A residential house at 262 Charents 1st neighbourhood, Vagharshapat, Armavir region;
An unfinished residential house at 197 A. Manukyan neighbourhood, Vagharshapat, Armavir region;
A plot designated for public-use development at 80/2 Z. Andranik Avenue, Mikroshrjan neighbourhood, Hrazdan, Kotayk region;
A plot at 4, 17th Street, Arshaluys community, Armavir region.
