Building will come under Armenia’s control, there is no point beating around the bush – Pashinyan on Karabakh representative office

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said that the building of the Karabakh representative office in Yerevan will come under the control of the Republic of Armenia.

The Prime Minister made the remarks during the National Assembly-Government question-and-answer session, responding to a question from Areg Hovsepyan, an MP from the Strong Armenia faction.

“There cannot be two states, two governments in the Republic of Armenia. There cannot be a structure in Armenia bearing the name you mentioned. The building will come under the control of the Republic of Armenia. There is no point beating around the bush here. I repeat: as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, I will use the toughest measures to prevent any attempts to establish a second state, a second government or a second parliament within the state,” Pashinyan said.
