Russian President calls for involving more countries in ensuring global peace

Russian President Vladimir Putin has called for more countries to be involved in ensuring peace and stability on the global stage.

According to TASS, the Russian President made the remarks at the BRICS Summit being held in India.

He stressed that amid the emerging multipolar world order, it is necessary to work together to strengthen genuine multilateralism, as well as to involve more countries in global governance mechanisms, the activities of key international political and economic institutions, the search for responses to pressing challenges and threats, and efforts to ensure international peace and stability.
