Speaker meets outgoing Brazilian ambassador

Speaker of Parliament Ruben Rubinyan held a meeting on Wednesday with Ambassador of Brazil to Armenia Fabio Vaz Pitaluga, as he completes his diplomatic mission.

According to a readout from the Parliament’s press service, Speaker Rubinyan thanked the ambassador for his work during his diplomatic mission in Armenia and his contribution to the development of Armenia-Brazil relations, wishing him success in his future activities.

The meeting addressed the friendly relations established between Armenia and Brazil and prospects for developing interstate cooperation.

The possibilities of expanding bilateral economic cooperation were also discussed, as well as a number of regional issues.
