An arrest warrant has been issued for former State Revenue Committee (SRC) Chairman Gagik Khachatryan in a money laundering and bribery investigation, authorities have announced.
According to the Investigative Committee, urgent investigative and procedural actions were carried out at the apartments of Khachatryan and his son, as well as at the offices and branches of around 21 companies affiliated with them as part of the investigation.
The investigative body has decided to arrest Khachatryan, who will be taken to court upon detention.
