Defense Minister inspects construction of new military installation

Armenia’s Defense Minister Suren Papikyan visited the construction site of a new fortified district, a type of military installation, and inspected the progress of the work.

The visit comes amid Papikyan’s unannounced inspections of various military units and bases.

“I visited the construction site of one of our new fortified districts and followed the progress of the work,” Papikyan said on social media.
