Crime drops in Yerevan

Crime levels in Yerevan declined significantly in the first half of 2026, with both serious and particularly serious offenses showing notable decreases.

According to Armenia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs, serious crimes fell by 22.5 percent, while particularly serious crimes decreased by 27.1 percent compared with the same period last year.
