Ruben Rubinyan is world’s youngest parliament speaker

The Inter-Parliamentary Union has announced on its official website that Ruben Rubinyan has become the world’s youngest parliament speaker following his election, according to the website of the National Assembly of Armenia.

Rubinyan was elected Speaker of the National Assembly during the first session of the ninth-convocation National Assembly, which began on August 2.

Ruben Rubinyan was born on March 8, 1990.
