Iranian foreign minister, Iraqi Kurdistan president discuss latest regional developments

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi met with Nechirvan Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, in Tehran.

Barzani announced the meeting in a post on his X social media account.

We exchanged views on regional developments and a number of issues of mutual interest, and stressed the importance of dialogue and diplomacy in restoring and preserving regional stability,” Nechirvan Barzani said.
