Former Gyumri mayor’s press secretary detained

Former Gyumri Mayor’s press secretary Hasmik Virabyan has been detained during the preliminary investigation of a criminal case.

According to the Investigative Committee, “During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings, former Gyumri Mayor’s press secretary H.V. was detained on suspicion of committing fraud on an especially large scale.”
