Ruben Rubinyan nominated by Civil Contract for National Assembly speaker post

Ruben Rubinyan has been nominated as the Civil Contract party’s candidate for the position of Speaker of the National Assembly following discussions and a closed secret ballot at a meeting of the party’s governing board.

Armenian Prime Minister and Civil Contract Chairman Nikol Pashinyan announced the decision to journalists after the meeting.
