Hayakve's Avetik Chalabyan arrested

Authorities have arrested Hayakve initiative member Avetik Chalabyan.

Hayakve, often stylized as HayaQve, was formed as a civil legislative initiative, and Chalabyan serves as its coordinator.

The Investigative Committee confirmed the arrest to Armenpress but did not provide further details, other than stating that he was taken into custody as part of an ongoing criminal investigation.

The law enforcement body said it will provide additional information later.
