Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said that his recent phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin was positive.
Putin called Pashinyan on June 1 to extend birthday greetings.
The Armenian Prime Minister was asked to comment on the call by Russian media outlet Izvestia during a campaign event.
“Yesterday I spoke with the President of Russia and thanked him for the call. He had called to congratulate me on my birthday. We discussed ongoing issues, and our conversation was positive,” the Prime Minister said.
